At the most recent SailTime Novice to Captain Flotilla in the BVI, five more members became “SailTime Captains”. A member who reaches this status has completed ASA certification up to 105, commanded their member boats in their local waters for at least a year and have successfully bareboat chartered their first yacht in the BVI.
