Batten Down the Hatches
After a week of rain we are preparing for “the big one“. And a picture tells a thousand words !
This system is predicted to make for a very wet weekend around here. In fact predictions are for up to 5 inches of rain in the coastal valley and as much as 10 inches of rain in the mountains up until about 2500 feet at which point it turns into snow. Many feet of snow. It sure is great to replenish this urban desert land with some water ! Puts a damper on our wonderful winter sailing though.
