Frolic Forth !
A group of SailTime members organized by Imagineer, Dwight Landis, got together for a friendly frolic race last night. While not quite a full moon, it was Friday and it was warm as can be - in the low 70’s at sunset. They raced out to Gina and back. 1421 Broke down with jib troubles while leading the pack. Bobby Weisman, captaining Varekai, edged out Larry Pruitt on Bodacious for the win.
This event opens a new chapter for SailTime Channel Islands. It was completely planned and executed by the members. No nudging or prodding on my part. I felt like a proud Papa in the delivery room !
