The third Hunter 36 to join the SailTime fleet at Channel Islands Harbor will be the all new design just announced. Our newest Owner Member will take possession of the boat in late December and we expect to have her ready for member sailing by January 1st.

The boat is being outfitted with a vertical batten main sail and feathering prop to get the maximum performance and efficiencies possible with the design. The new owner has named the boat 1421, and looks forward to sailing her in the Wet Wednesday fun races and cruising to the Channel Islands with his family.

As with every SailTime yacht, the owner agrees to let us manage the boat and put up to 7 other members on the boat to share all the available sailing time each month via our exclusive online scheduling software. For a fraction of the price, members get to enjoy the benefits of sailing the newest boat in the harbor !

We have already filled three membership positions and expect the boat to be near full when she begins sailing. Interest in SailTime is running high and the acceptance of the program in California has been exciting. If you’ve been thinking about getting started, the winter months are a great time to get started with training at our ASA facility.
