Boat Show in New Venue July 14-17
The Ventura County Boat Show traditionally kicks off the sailing season here at Channel Islands Harbor. Once again, we will be attending and showing our Hunter 33, Rainbow.
This year, the show moves over to the other side of the harbor. It is now going to be held in the Channel Island Marina on Harbor Blvd. We are looking forward to this new location and its premier position in the harbor.
Like last year, Thursday offers FREE admittance. This deal seems to work very well as the show was quite busy on Thursday last year. Come on out for some Free fun! Friday is much the same, as it has been named $1 Friday – you get $1 admittance, $1 hot dogs, $1 soft drinks and $1 beer. So, it too, will be a festive day.
We look forward to talking with people who are looking for affordable ways to enjoy “big boat” sailing out of Channel Islands Harbor. We currently have a very limited number of memberships available on our existing boats. With our unique Owner Member program we hope to talk to prospective boat owners about the easiest way to own a boat with the least amount of out-of-pocket expense and a total lack of hassle!
