<description>Hey Chris, Great to hear from you again! I still love seeing those beautiful cars. It was a 1949 MG TC. 54 HP and could drive on the highway at 86mph! The tires were so skinny that they would go through most any snowstorm. I had to carry tons of spare parts in the back to fix the car when it broke down on the side of the road sometimes (like rebuilding the engine at night in on side of the Mass Pike when all the rod bearings blew at once). AS you probably remember, since you helped work on the car over the 3 years it took to put it all back together, it was the neighborhood project and my Uncle's idea of how to keep us all off the streets and out of trouble:) I took it to college and drove it for 2 years back and forth from Cleveland to Boston, down to Atlanta and all over the east coast. What a wonderful car.

But I got into 505s and needed some money and more reliable and faster transport to drive all over the country to 505 regattas. So I traded the ole MG for a 505 and a Triumph GT6+. From then on, sailing took over my life as it has yours too!

Thanks for the note and look forward to catching up sometime soon. My son, Max just moved to LA to start a career in film editing, so I"ll be out there more frequently, I'm sure.

Sail Fast,
