SV 1421 Gets a Proper Christening

Published by sailtimeci at 3:50 am under SailTime

Today, we held our Mid Winter Open House and had a huge turnout – best ever ! To kick off the day we held a proper christening for the newest yacht to join our fleet, a 2008 Hunter 36 named 1421. CapChaplain Dan performed the ceremony with proper toasts and protocol all around.

We then filled all five boats in the fleet up with members and guests and went for a sail which produced the giant Point Dume dolphin herd on que. Upon return, the now legendary “Red hots” on the barby with a tasty Full Sail capped off the perfect day.
