		<description>For a minute there, I thought you were going to say that the Ruels had finally found their dream boat.  Too bad, because I was looking forward to Mike explaining the damn thing.

So I guess we&#039;re left to speculate.  Interesting vessel, all right.  I guess he must fly one or more staysails?  And what&#039;s up with the retractable rudders?  Maybe so he can beach it?

No doubt built by an engineer who couldn&#039;t decide between a powerboat, sailboat, monohull, or catarmaran. Or perhaps by a government committee....</description>
