We can custom tailor a team building curriculum to match your needs. To begin, choose from the use of 2 identical 36 foot sailboats which can work for a group up of up to 12 people and a 46 foot sailboat for up to 6. Our lead Captain for this is a former curriculum designer and teacher for the Navy, Air Force and public schools. We can help you develop and deliver a one or two-day corporate training or team building program.

We sail out of Channel Islands Harbor, in Ventura County, not far from Hwy 101. We take your team from landlubbers to a sailing team that will learn each position on a sailing vessel including skipper, jib trimmer, main trimmer and helmsman.

Through this type of on-water experience your team will learn to work in concert taking advantage of wind and sea conditions, trimming the sails and driving the boat to reach maximum performance.
